Automatic Loading Wheelie Bin Cleaner
Features:The wheelie bin washer is a fully automatic washing machine. Constructed using Stainless Steel, the machine is designed to withstand the toughest conditions. With the simple design loading system the machine has the ability to load and unload the bins automatically saving time and limiting risk of any injury to personnel.
Controlled via a PLC controller the operation of this machine is done using an LCD Touch Screen located on the front of the machine. With this easy to use interface operators will have the ability to program and edit such things as the temperature setting and cleaning times as well as start and stop the cleaning process.
With a unique operation process the machines features include; high pressure hot water washing, steam cleaning, water rinsing, blow drying and a light fragrance spray to leave the bins cleaner than ever before. The cleaning process will take a minimum time of approximately 4 minutes which include the manual loading of the bins into the machines auto loading racks. (See Animation Video to the Right)
The unit limits water wastage as it has its own recycling system incorporated into it. This allows the dirty water to be constantly passed through large capacity filters, cleaned and then reused. As well as the recycling system the machine also has an oil and waste collections system allowing easy removal of unwanted contaminants from the machines system.
With the use of different loading racks, which can be supplied with the machine, the bin washer has the ability to cleaning 5 different sizes of wheelie bins. These include: 80 litres, 120 litres, 240 litres, 660 litres and 1000 litre bins.
There are two sizes of machine available.
ECOWBW- 300: Cleans either 4 x 240litre bins in 3 minutes or 2 x 660 litre bins in 3 minutes.

ECOWBW-200: Cleans either 2 x 240litre bins in 3 minutes or 1 x 660 litre bin is three minutes.

Manual Loading Wheelie Bin Cleaner
ECOWBW-100 is a manual load, fully automatic, wheelie bin washing machine. Designed to clean 240 litre plastic wheelie bins this unit is compact enough to fit into the back of a small truck* or in a small factory specifically designed for cleaning purposes
The internal washing areas and reservoir tank are constructed from stainless steel (304) and the user friendly control panel features a stop/start button, temperature control, timer and pump stop/start.
High pressure hot water washing and rising is incorporated in the cleaning process which takes approximately 10-12 minutes which includes loading and unloading of the bins. This unit conserves water by constantly recycling and reusing the water multiple times. Large capacity filters allow oil and waste to be collected and removed from the system.
The cleaning process is as follows: Manually Loading, Door Closing, Rotary Spray
Washing with warm water, Rotary Rinsing with disinfection, manually unloading
