Rotary Washer

The ECO-Rotary is a spray parts washer designed for gross cleaning of parts particularly in the automotive industry. Consisting of a single tank the rotary washer uses a heated high pressure spray to douse the parts as they rotate in an 800mm diameter by 200mm tall tray within the machine. This machine is ideal for placing in the initial stage of a cleaning process to allow the gross cleaning of parts prior to ultrasonic cleaning. By gross cleaning parts prior to ultrasonic cleaning the amount of time the parts spend in the ultrasonics will be dramatically reduced. This intern will increase the amount of parts which can be cleaned per hour which increases productivity and income.
