The ECOA-Series is a custom build anilox roller cleaner specifically designed for the cleaning of your anilox rollers. The machine is a fully self contained unit that include a pump/ filtration system and an overflow weir. This ensures that the chemistry used in the cleaning process is filtered and therefore has a longer tank life, resulting in cost savings. The machines all come with a rotation mechanism that revolves the anilox rollers relatively slowly to ensure that an even clean is achieved. This is essential to provide the best print quality possible.
Ultrasonics is the only eco friendly and safe method for cleaning anilox rollers effectively.
